Interest Rates

With the latest data coming out I fully expect a rate cut next time they meet or the next after that.

Knew I should have gone for a Tracker mortgage on the BTL.

Good time to borrow to invest in infrastructure, the returns are quite good too if done right. Can boost local economies.
Don't take our country back, take it forwards.

I don’t think I’ll ever sell my BTL. Pays me £900 a month profit... I don’t trust my company with my pension... it’s my insurance policy

With US interest rates coming down as well I can see another period of low growth low interest rates certainly until we and Europe recover from the Brexit and diesel debacle's.

I think we wont start seeing higher rates until 2021 at the earliest now.

That’s a fantastic deal. I’m paying 1.69% on BTL and 1.59% on residential. I really should look harder for better deals.. but my BTL mortgage is only£40 a month, and my residential is £79... so I’ve become a bit lazy... which is what the banks prey on. I do have unlimited overpayments on residential though.

Because I have a certain point of view on one Labour politician that means I’m a far left socialist?

I’m always willing to give everybody a chance... but the more I interact with you and LH.. the more I feel you aren’t very bright. Not saying you’re completely thick... but... I’m getting the whiff of stupidity from you.

Intelligence is relative... in comparison to you, yes... I’m smart... I think we both agree on that.

In comparison to Stephen Hawking, Richard Feynman or Bill Gates... I’m not smart.
