Exclusive: water firms dumped raw sewage into England's rivers 200,000 times in 2019

https://www.theguardian.com/environment/..._clipboard if this story is true then it's a scandal and those in power of the water firms and the Government need to be taken to court on this.

I'm sure there's a joke there somewhere but can't be very nice if you live next to it.

Crazy. Nationalise the bastards.

I had the pleasure of dealing with these tossers through work. It was a bit like interviewing a recently detained crew of delinquent teenagers.

Why the fuck were they even privatised? The Tories like privatisation because it encourages 'competition'. BUT there can only be one water supply company and one water waste company in any area - it's a perfect example of a natural monopoly. Answers on a postcard please.

Water firms? I bet they’re a bit wet. I’ve heard their top boy is a right drip... then again, they bring numbers. Absolutely flood the place.

They technically aren't English companies as they are foreign owned. Which is probably why they don't give oh sorry they do give a sh*t. ?
Also the same goes with other utilities. Foreign..well EU owned and we are used to subsidise costs in their country.

They are global corporate c*nts. Facilitated and by the EU, but let's not forget who privatised them in the first place - they are keeping quiet in the blue corner.
